Shipping policy

 

Full credit card billing address must match the full address of the shipping. We cannot accept orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.

Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

FortuneFortyFour is currently offering free standard ground shipping for orders above $100 within the contiguous united states.

For all other purchases, shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Shipping to USA
Shipped via either UPS, DHL, USPS and FEDEX. 

Shipping to Canada
Shipped via either FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and USPS.

All Canadian customers will be responsible for paying any import duties and any additional fees or taxes once a shipment reaches Canada. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer.

Duties and Taxes
All international shipments are subject to your home countries customs regulations. FortuneFortyFour is not responsible for taxes and duties. All packages returned for you not paying your duties are not our responsibility and you will not receive a refund in this case.
